A two-tone combination of Krylon® Rust Tough® with Anti-Rust Technology™ Cherry Red and Fusion All-In-One® Metallic Finish Vintage Brass refurbishes old metal overhead lights and brightens your garage workspace.
Set up a spray area by covering work area with a drop cloth. Make sure it is a well-ventilated area.

Disassemble metal overhead light fixtures, bulb cover from base.
Step 3
Using an all-purpose cleaner, thoroughly clean the light fixtures to remove dirt, oils and dust. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry.

If paint or rust is flaking off the surface, use a wire brush or sandpaper to remove it. Wipe clean.
Step 5
Using Krylon® Fusion All-In-One® Metallic Finish - Metallic Vintage Brass, paint the base of the light fixture, holding the can 6-8 inches from the surface and using a sweeping side-to-side motion with slight overlap.
Step 6
Allow paint to dry for 30-60 seconds.
Step 7
Continue to apply light, multiple coats, waiting 30-60 seconds between each, until you are satisfied with the appearance.
