High-quality paint brush.

Using a high-quality paint brush, apply Krylon Glitter Finish in Iridescent to the mirror’s frame on top of the Fusion All-In-One™. For buildable coverage, apply 1, 2, or 3 coats of Glitter Finish. The more coats applied, the more opaque the Glitter Finish will appear.
